KOKOOKY SHIPPING POLICY

📍 Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 working days for processing normal orders. For more accurate times, check during checkout. We ship using Hong Kong Post.

📍 Pre-order Items: Pre-orders may require up to 15-30 days for production, followed by 7-21 working days for transit.

💠 Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong) 💠

✦ Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

✦ Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via SF Express. You can opt for pickup from an SF station or have it delivered directly to your provided address. If you choose pickup, please provide the SF station location code. If no station is selected, we will automatically choose the nearest one to your address.

✦ Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on destination and unforeseen circumstances.

✦ Shipping Rates:

    • Free shipping on orders over HKD 500.
    • A flat shipping fee of HKD 25 applies for orders below this amount.

✦ Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.
